Valley of the Eagles is the only golf course in the world classified as entirely on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers wetlands. Greens use artificial turf to avoid pesticides in this sensitive habitat. Salmon and trout use rearing streams on the course. Accessible from Skagway via the Haines–Skagway Fast Ferry, and a short drive from the cruise docks. Club rentals available; shuttle from the ferry can be arranged.
